Johnson Controls collaborates with partners, such as the Clinton Climate Initiative, to remake the Empire State Building as the model for sustainability renovation that can be replicated to other commercial buildings. This building retrofit integrates multiple energy efficiency strategies to significantly reduce power consumption. The project schedule is front-end loaded with retrofit tasks that will accrue energy savings early as the building systems are completed.
