Electric Lawn Mowers

Gasoline engines from lawn equipment (movers, blowers, edgers, etc) contribute a significant share of pollution.  Small engines are not subject to the same emission requirements as larger engines and so are probably the biggest non-road emissions source.

The emission thing is very true. Using the average lawn mower is the equivalent of driving an average car 90 miles.
