U.K. Town "Plastic Bags Day Free"

First there were only paper bags.
Then it became "Paper or Plastic?"
Soon there may not be a question at all ...as I read newspapers, magazines and web articles I see more and more towns talking about becoming "plastic bag free". Here is the story of perhaps the first European town to eliminate plastic bags.
