ReThink: A Way to Reuse, Donate or Recycle e-Waste
eBay and a number of computer manufactures, retail stores, telecoms and charitable organizations have formed ReThink to "apply some fresh thinking to the problem of e-waste".
Every year, or sooner, new models of computers, cell phones and other electronic gizmos are being developed and sold. What happens to the older "stuff"? The older "stuff" is often referred to as e-waste and its disposal can be a problem.
eBay and others have joined forces to help solve the problem by providing "information, tools and solutions that make it easy – and even profitable – to find new users for idle computers and electronics, and responsibly recycle unwanted products."
