The first phase focuses on design and permitting issues. A second phase of the grant will help

During 2005, WRC completed a feasibility study of the possibility of installing a wind turbine to generate electricity at their location on Technology Park Drive, in the Falmouth Technology Park. The study was lead by Boreal Renewable Energy, of Acton, MA. WRC's plan calls for the installation of single turbine with a rated capacity of 1.5 to 1.8 MW.
